Communiqué
To improve communications both within the church and to prospective members, the Methodist Temple Communications Ministry has come up with a planned line of communication!
Here´s the way it works:
To find out news and information from each small group in the church (i.e., Sunday School classes, Wonderful Wednesday classes, women´s groups, youth group, choirs, committees, etc.), a central contact person will be designated from each small group.
Because the leader of each small group normally attends every meeting of that group, our committee decided that he or she would be the best contact person who would almost always know what´s going on.
Because, as a leader, you are already spending a fair amount of time planning classes, meetings or events for your group, our goal is to minimize any time it may take for this additional duty.
Therefore, all we ask is that you simply contact us with any news or information about your group that you think may be of interest to others in the church. To make this task even easier, just click on the words "communique form" in the menu to the left and you´ll find a form which you can print and keep in your classroom or folder for your group meetings. Then you can simply take about 3 minutes to fill one out when you have something to communicate.
This vital line of communication will work the other way as well, If you have any events or information that you would like to have promoted, you can simply communicate that to us via this same channel, and we will help you.
